Current status

• Registration is limited to invited testers while CreatorFlow prepares for launch.
• Publish to TikTok: demo only. Will use TikTok’s Content Posting API, with your approval of every post, once TikTok approves it. Today the scheduler runs with fictional accounts and no request reaches TikTok.

Common tasks

I can’t sign in or forgot my password

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. The reset link is sent to the address you registered with and works on any device. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email support.

I didn’t get the confirmation email

You can request a new link from the confirmation page. You cannot sign in until the address is confirmed.

Disconnect a TikTok account

In CreatorFlow, open the account under Accounts and choose Disconnect: CreatorFlow asks TikTok to revoke access, deletes its stored tokens and pauses that account’s scheduled posts. You can also remove CreatorFlow AI Studio from the connected apps in your TikTok settings, with the same effect.

Export my data

Workspace owners can download a workspace’s records from Settings: accounts, ideas and drafts, posts and their history, reviews, imported analytics and the activity log. Uploaded video files are not part of the export. Every user can also export their own personal data there.

Delete my account

Go to Settings, open the Account tab and choose Delete my account. You confirm with your password. What is removed, and what backups keep for a limited time, is listed in the Privacy Policy.
